I was giving the seller the benefit of the doubt as a new account, but I'm increasingly getting concerned - it wasn't a large purchase but not being made through paypal means it's going to be hard to claim back if the order is cancelled. Any advice will be welcome! Thanks I'd give them another couple of days. You can still file a not received complaint through stripe, can't you, just like at PayPal?
